Good to know
Full payment is required to secure your place. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed, and a confirmation email with your event details will follow.
You can book for yourself and friends in one order. You’ll be asked for each guest’s name, along with any dietary or accessibility requirements, at checkout.
We recommend arriving 5 to 10 minutes early so you can settle in before we begin.
Booking, cancellation & transfer policy
We understand plans can change. As The Mē Charm Bar is an intimate event with limited places, materials and catering are arranged in advance.
Cancellations
Bookings cancelled at least 7 days before the event are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable, except where required by law. We may offer an alternative arrangement in exceptional circumstances.
Ticket transfers
Can’t make it? You’re welcome to transfer your place to a friend at no additional cost.
Simply contact us before the event with the new guest’s name and contact details so we can update your booking.
Non-attendance
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or credits for guests who do not attend without prior notice, except where required by law.
Event changes or cancellation
Should Mē The Label need to cancel the event, guests will be offered a full refund, including any applicable booking fees, or the option to transfer to a future event.
If an event is rescheduled, guests unable to attend the new date may request a refund, subject to their rights under New Zealand consumer law.

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable New Zealand law.
