Returns accepted within 10 days of receipt
Items must be returned in original condition

Damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered? Let us know as soon as possible.

- Let us know your reason for the return
- Tell us your preferred outcome — replacement or refund
- Include a copy of your receipt

Send It Back
Once we’ve confirmed your return, send the item our way.
- Return to the address we provide, in its original packaging
- Include your receipt and reason for return
- We recommend registered post — mé the label isn’t liable for items lost in transit

We Assess & Refund
Once received, we’ll review your return and process the outcome.
- Replacement or refund, using your original payment method
- Card refunds are returned to the exact card used for purchase
- We’ll keep you updated throughout the process

Final sale, with one exception.
- Sale items are final and non-returnable
- Unless the item is found to be faulty
